What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in from 16:00, check-out by 11:00. Earlier or later is often possible, just ask the host once your dates are confirmed.

How many guests can stay?

Up to 12 guests across five bedrooms. Two more can sleep on the fold-out bed in the cinema room. Let the host know the exact number when you book.

Are pets allowed?

Small, well-behaved dogs are welcome on request, with a small extra cleaning fee. Let the host know in advance so the garden gate can be checked.

What is the minimum stay?

Three nights in low season, seven nights in high season (July, August, Christmas and Easter).

Is there a deposit?

Yes. 30% of the total to confirm the booking, balance due 30 days before arrival. A refundable damage deposit of 500 euro is pre-authorised on arrival and released after check-out.

Linen, towels, pool towels, end cleaning, wifi, electricity, water, gas, pool heating from October to April, and a personal welcome by the host.

End cleaning is included. A mid-stay clean can be added on request. Heavy-duty cleaning after events is invoiced separately.

Is the pool heated all year?

Yes, the pool is heated from October to April and stays around 28 degrees. In summer it runs at ambient temperature.

One private spot on site for free. Extra cars park on the street, a short walk from the gate.

400 metres on foot, about five minutes down a quiet residential path. The nearest beach club has a kids menu.

Family celebrations and quiet dinners are welcome. Loud parties with external guests are not allowed, out of respect for the neighbours.

Can the host arrange a chef, masseur or transfer?

Yes. The host has trusted contacts for private chefs, in-house massage, airport transfers, car rental, padel and golf bookings.

Is there air conditioning and heating?

Yes. Every bedroom and living room has split-unit air conditioning with heating. The villa stays comfortable in summer and in cooler winter weeks.

How fast is the wifi?

Fibre internet with around 600 Mbps. Strong signal in every room, on the terraces and by the pool. Perfect for remote work or streaming.

Is the villa suitable for young children or babies?

Yes. A travel cot, high chair and baby bath are available on request, free of charge. Stair gates can be installed for the marble staircase if you let the host know in advance.

Yes, a full-size washing machine and a separate dryer, plus an iron and ironing board. Detergent for the first wash is provided.

How far is Malaga airport and can the host arrange transfers?

About 20 minutes by car. The host works with a trusted local driver for airport transfers in a comfortable van for up to 8 people, bookable in advance.

Where do guests usually do their groceries?

Mercadona and Lidl are 5 minutes by car. A Carrefour Express is within walking distance. For a special evening the host can recommend a fish shop and butcher in the village.

Is the villa accessible for guests with limited mobility?

Two bedrooms and a full bathroom are on the ground floor, with no steps from the parking to the front door. The villa has stairs to the other floors and is not fully wheelchair-accessible.

For July and August we recommend booking 6 months ahead. May, June, September and October offer great weather with lower rates and more flexible dates.
