Picasso's birthplace. Stroll Calle Larios, visit the Museo Picasso, climb to the Alcazaba fortress and finish with tapas at the Atarazanas market.

Benalmádena

10 minutes

Our local hub with Puerto Marina, the award-winning marina full of restaurants, plus the cable car up to Mount Calamorro.

White villages

20 to 60 minutes

Mijas, Frigiliana, Ronda and Casares. Whitewashed streets, flower pots, mountain views and quiet plazas to drink wine on.

Costa del Sol beaches

5 to 15 minutes

From Carvajal and Malapesquera to the natural dunes of Cabopino. Fine sand, calm sea and chiringuitos serving grilled sardines.

Marbella and Puerto Banus

35 minutes

The glamorous side of the coast. Boutiques, super yachts, the orange tree square in the old town and beach clubs along the coastline.

Caminito del Rey

45 minutes

The famous wooden walkway along the Gaitanes gorge. Book a morning slot in advance and combine it with lunch at the El Chorro lake.

Golf and outdoor

Active between sea and mountains.

La Capellania is right in the active corner of Andalusia. Eight golf courses within ten minutes, padel clubs in every village and hiking trails through the Sierra de Mijas that start almost from the villa.
